TUBE-TEC at the VAIS Congress ‘Industrial Services in Dialogue 2025’ in Mannheim
On 11 and 12 September 2025, Mannheim will host a premiere: the VAIS Congress ‘Industrial Services in Dialogue’ will bring together decision-makers from two worlds for the first time – industrial service providers and operators of industrial sites in the process and manufacturing industries.
We at TUBE-TEC are also involved and delighted to be part of this new platform for exchange, knowledge transfer and networking.
Why the conference is so important
Industrial services are undergoing change: increasing demands for efficiency, digitalisation, sustainability and safety require new approaches to cooperation between service providers and operators. With this format, VAIS is creating an opportunity to discuss these issues openly and jointly develop solutions for the future.
Impetus and dialogue on equal terms
Participants can expect:
High-calibre presentations with specialist and industry expertise
Exciting panel discussions on current challenges and opportunities
Practical discussions between service providers and operators that go beyond traditional trade fair situations
The focus is on questions such as:
How can processes be made more efficient?
What conditions will determine tomorrow’s cooperation?
Which innovations in industrial services offer added value for both sides?
TUBE-TEC right in the middle
For us, the congress offers an opportunity to contribute our experiences, gather inspiration and seek direct dialogue with decision-makers. In advance of the event, Christian Heep and Claudia Seiler from TUBE-TEC emphasised the importance of dialogue between the association, service providers and operators in a conversation with Arne Harrendorf (VAIS).
Our conclusion
The VAIS Congress 2025 is more than just an industry gathering – it is a step towards closer, future-oriented cooperation in industrial services. We look forward to two days full of new perspectives, practical discussions and valuable contacts.
