Success in the national competition ‘Youth Welds’
Our young talent inspires! We are proud that our apprentice Philip W. has achieved an impressive result in the national competition ‘Jugend schweißt’ (Youth Welding).
Strong results in competition
In the individual rankings, Philip achieved an outstanding 7th place among Germany’s best young welders. Together with the Rhineland-Palatinate team, he also secured third place in the team rankings – a fantastic achievement that demonstrates just how much passion and skill our young athletes possess.
Appreciation for commitment and community
Special thanks go to all the organisers, helpers and supporters who make this competition possible. As Dr Roland Boecking, Managing Director of DVS, aptly puts it:
For three decades, ‘Jugend schweißt’ has been the most exciting competition for welders in the whole of Germany. We can only keep organising this challenge because we have so many fantastic helpers. The look in the eyes of the young welders at the end of this competition shows us that we are on the right track.
Promoting young talent at TUBE-TEC
At TUBE-TEC, we are passionate about offering young talents a sound education and supporting them in their development. Philip’s success shows that commitment, motivation and intensive support from our trainers – such as Alexander Sven S. (welding specialist and welding technology trainer) – pay off.
We are delighted to be part of this strong community in the welding trade and would like to congratulate Philip and the entire Rhineland-Palatinate team on this success!
