For pneumatic conveying systems, TUBE-TEC Rohrverformungstechnik manufactures thin-walled pipe bends, as well as offset bends, with bending radii of up to 1,250 mm on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled pipe bending machines, wrinkle-free and clean.

At our site in Saynscheid, we manufacture stainless steel pipe elbows up to an outside pipe diameter of 406.4 mm on an area of 1000 m². Common dimensions available from stock – ask us! Extract from our bending tool list. Materials e.g. 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4541, 1.4571 or aluminum. Other dimensions, radii and materials are available. All degree numbers up to max. 180° possible. Pipe bends with SVL (leg extensions) according to customer requirements.
