thin-walled pipe bends, as well as offset bends, with bending radii of up to 1,250 mm on state-of-the-art CNC-controlled pipe bending machines, wrinkle-free and clean.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materials 1.4301\/1.4307\/1.4404\/1.4571 (and all cold-formable materials)<\/li>\n<li>Pipes with smoothed weld seam or scraped (DIN 11850 \/ DIN 17457)<\/li>\n<li>Outer diameter 38.0 &#8211; 406.4 mm, wall thicknesses e.g. 1.5 \/ 2.0 \/ 3.0 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At our site in Saynscheid, we manufacture stainless steel pipe elbows up to an outside pipe diameter of 406.4 mm on an area of 1000 m\u00b2. Common dimensions available from stock &#8211; ask us! Extract from our bending tool list. Materials e.g. 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4541, 1.4571 or aluminum. Other dimensions, radii and materials are available. All degree numbers up to max. 180\u00b0 possible.
