As of now, Ms. Heidi R\u00f6lz is available as our contact person for the internal reporting office, to whom you can give confidential information. This reporting office serves to protect and promote a transparent work environment with integrity.<\/p>\n<p>This internal reporting office offers you the opportunity to confidentially and securely report indications of possible violations of laws, internal policies or other abuses in the workplace. You can do this anonymously or by disclosing your identity, depending on which approach you prefer. The reporting office is subject to a duty of confidentiality and thus ensures the protection of your data and information. To submit a tip, you have several options to choose from:<br>Contact by email at: <a href=\"mailto:TTMeldestelle@Tube-Tec.de\">TTMeldestelle@\u00adTube-Tec.de<\/a>, by phone or in person by appointment.<\/p>\n<p>Further information on the Whistleblower Protection Act and on the internal reporting office, as well as on external reporting channels possible in addition to the internal reporting office, and on procedures for reporting to institutions, bodies or other entities, can be found on the website of the Federal Office of Justice.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to emphasize that the introduction of the internal reporting office is another step towards creating a trusting working environment where integrity and compliance are central.
